Nursing
RN Night Supervisor
We are currently seeking a full-time RN Night Supervisor who will provide and coordinate nursing care along with assessing residents' care needs and taking appropriate action.
Must be a graduated of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Wisconsin license combined with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience. Experience in a long-term care facility highly desired.
CNA
We are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time PM (2nd) as well as Part Time Day (1st) Shift & Night (3rd) Shift. Casual for all shifts could be considered.
CNA's provide direct care to residents in our Long-Term care, Short-Term Rehab units and CBRF. A current CNA License is required with previous experience in Long Term care/Residential care is highly desired.
RN
A Nursing Degree and a current Wisconsin License is required with a mimum of 1 year direct nursing experience preferred. Experience in a long-term care facility highly desired. Part Time 2nd shift and Casual positoins are currenlty available. Casual RN must be available for various shifts on both week days and weekends with a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
The purpose of this position is to asses resident treatment needs and participate in care provided to residents in our CBRF, long term care and short-term rehab units.
Dietary
Cook
No experience required; will train. This is a Part Time (48/pp) PM Shift (2nd) position.
Dietary Aide
No experience required. There are Part Time and Casual AM and PM Shift positions are currently available.
