Nursing
CNA
CNA's provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
Full Time and Part Time 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts available. Float can be considered.
Casual/Float CNAs must be available for various shifts on both week days and weekends. Of the shifts that they pick up two must fall on a weekend.
RN/LPN
RNs/LPNs assess resident treatment needs and participate in care provided to residents in our Long Term Care, Short Term Rehab, and CBRF. You must be a graduate from an accredited program and hold a current Wisconsin License.
Casual/Float can be considered.

Residential Aide
Residential Aide's provide personal healthcare, such as bathing, dressing, or grooming of residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures in our CBRF. Current CBRF certifications required within 90 days of employment.
We are currently seeking a Part Time 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift. Casual/Float can be considered.
Dietary
Cook
As part of our team you will prepare and serve quality meals to our resident. Previous Cook/Dietary required.
Dietary Aide
The Dietary Aide prepares and serves quality meals to our residents.
No experience required. There are Part Time and Casual/Float AM and PM Shift positions currently available.
