Nursing
RN/LPN RNs/LPNs assess resident treatment needs and participate in care provided to residents in our Long Term Care, Short Term Rehab, and CBRF. You must be a graduate from an accredited program and hold a current Wisconsin License.
We are currently seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor for our Healthcare Floors. This position requires 1 year of supervisory experience with experience in Long Term Care highly desired.
Casual can be considered.
CNA
CNA's provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. We are currently seeking Full Time 1st and 2nd Shift (72 hrs/pp) and Part Time 2nd and 3rd Shift (up to 64 hrs/pp). Casual can be considered.
Residential Aide
Residential Aide's provide personal healthcare, such as bathing, dressing, or grooming of residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures in our CBRF. Current CBRF certifications required within 90 days of employment.
We are currently seeking a Part Time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift. Casual can be considered.
Dietary
Assistant Dietary Supervisor
The Assistant Dietary Supervisor will assist wtih day to day Dietary Department operations. You must be a High School Graduate (or equivalent) with 5+ years of Long Term Care Dietary Department epxerience. This position is Part Time.
Dietary Aide
The Dietary Aide prepares and serves quality meals to our residents.
No experience required. There are Part Time and Casual AM and PM Shift positions currently available.
